While there is still much to do, the brewery section of the building is getting more “finished” every day. Everyone is working hard as we have quite a bit of incentive. We are gearing up to get the bulk of our equipment in over the next few weeks.
The walls are spackled and sanded and the cold box is getting a layer of FRP for easy maintenance. Doors are close to going in and we need to get a coat of paint on everything before the equipment gets here. I’m looking forward to seeing the brewery section cleaned out, painted and lighted correctly as we continue to move on the electrical. It will be nice to see the floors again.
