We were very excited to receive our new fermenters for the brewery. Delivered on the coldest day of the year, it was a great way to end the rush as we approach Christmas.
We took delivery of a number of 3 and 6 barrel fermenters along with brite tanks used to carbonate beer. Our actual brewing system arrived as well and like most Christmas toys – some assembly is still required. However, that will make a fun project as we go into the New Year. Finally, the building is starting to feel like a brewery.
